The Cavalier 45 was designed be a fast yet comfortable cruiser and has been lovingly maintained by the previous owner.
The Cavalier has 3 separate sleeping cabins, of which 2 are en-suite, plus a pilot berth. The en-suite cabins include vanities, toilets, showers and convenient storage. The yacht has a comfortable and spacious saloon with ample storage space throughout, as well a large extendable table and a practical galley with twin sinks. Also included in the galley are 2 separate fridges and freezers, three burners, a mariner stove and an oven. This particular model is also fixed with GPS, a fish finder, depth sounder, radar and autopilot.
The well-protected and dry centre cockpit offers very easy and safe operation of both sails whilst allowing for maximum volume in the aft owners cabin. The large comfortable centre cockpit allows for a view of all the instruments, includes hydraulic wheel steering and has foldaway table. She also has generous water storage, 240 volt power, sun awning and aft push-pit seating that ensure a pleasant sailing experience.
