| Dean Catamarans are fast becoming a serious builder of cruising cats. This well maintained example of an Espace 440 is a perfect showcase of the builder and designers work. As a blue water cruiser for a large family or as a weekender for a stack of friends this yacht is ideal. She has a large cockpit with ample seating for 8-10 and a raised helm station for excellent visibility while sailing. The saloon is spacious and has a light airy feel thanks to the mix of hand picked cherry veneers and white gelcoated surfaces. An extremely well equipped nav and entertainment area and full bar storage makes this area a comfortable living space. A double cabin occupies each end of both hulls and the forward two are ensuite. The galley is in the starboard hull and is fitted with every possible convenience including huge fridge and freezer. Sail handling is a breeze with a large mainsail easily handled with lazyjack system and battcar system. The twin Vetus engines push her along comfortably at 8 knots or you can cruise at a more leisurely 6 knots on one engine.
